Is there a time limit on making a safety related report?
There is no statute of limitations on safety related concerns. Safety related reports should be submitted as soon as you become knowledgeable on the issue, regardless of when the actual incident occurred.
If you are victim/survivor - you may submit a report whenever you are ready to do so regardless of how old you are now or how long ago the incident ocurred.
